EMPOWERING HUMANS
Registered mental health Counseling Intern
VIRGINIA MONTEIRO
COUNSELOR
Hi, my name is Virginia Monteiro! I am a registered mental health counseling and marriage and family therapist intern. I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families in a way that honors the whole person—mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I have experience navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, trauma, identity exploration, and much more. I’m also committed to providing a safe, inclusive environment within the therapy space.

A little bit about me—I am a Brazilian American originally from Miami, FL. I enjoy all kinds of music, especially songs with meaningful messages, and I am someone who values connection, creativity, and humor. Outside of the counselor role, I am a mom to a very rambunctious toddler and married to a firefighter, both of which have deepened my understanding of the unique challenges families and individuals face in everyday life. I look forward to walking alongside each client with empathy and intention, helping them build a life that feels authentic, connected, and empowered.
